  • General technical approval of the DiBt
For use in stainless steel lining pipes or core drill holes for sealing newly installed or already laid pipes. Use in storage tanks of JGS plants, biogas plants and plants for the storage, filling and handling of substances hazardous to water (transformer oils, biodiesel) in accordance with AwSV.

Facts

Advantages:

  • Split design for retrofit installation in break-throughs for media lines that have already been laid
  • Manufactured to the millimetre as appropriate for the prevailing installation conditions and in accordance with customer specifications

Scope of delivery:

  • 1 piece of lubricating stick
  • 1 test plate

Dimensions:

  • Sealing width: 30 mm, on request 60 mm
  • Press plates: 5 mm
  • Overlapping flange: 15 mm all-round

Application range:

  • Water exposure class DIN 18533: W1-E, W2.1-E and W2.2-E
  • Waterproof concrete stress class 1 and 2

Material:

  • Press plates, screws, washers and nuts: rust-free stainless steel V4A (AISI 316L)
  • Rubber: Silicone

Tightness:

  • gastight and watertight

Tests/Standards:

  • AbZ Z -74.9-196 Annular space seal for storage tanks of JGS plants and biogas-LA plants
  • AbZ Z -74.91-195 Annular space seal for systems for the storage, filling and handling of substances hazardous to water (transformer oils, biodiesel)
  • External monitoring by MFPA Leipzig
